SALES TAX

Wisconsin Residents will be charged an additional 5.5% Sales Tax on the items purchased as well as tax on the shipping and handling.  Sorry Wisconsin-ites, that's the law and since we're based in Wisconsin, you get charged tax.  

Everyone else, no tax for purchases made from this website.

PAYMENT POLICY

At this time, Moon Weaver Creations can accept PayPal™ Payments   They accept electronic checking or Visa™, MasterCard™ & Discover™ .  You do not have to establish a free account with PayPal to use their service if you do not already have one.

Items will not be shipped until they are paid for in full.  No exceptions!  When we ship your item(s) to you, we will insure them as well as make the box/package be signed for by an adult of 18 years of age or older with a return receipt.  This guarantees against any damage and/or loss of your purchases by the shipper and helps us replace the damaged and/or lost items for you.

Custom pieces will require a deposit agreed upon in communications with Moon Weaver Creations and the balance due in full prior to item(s) being shipped.  

If you wish to have precious metals, gemstones and unique glass-work beads etc. in your wearable art, they too, will require a deposit as those items will need to be special ordered by us prior to the item being made.  If you own precious gems, metals etc. you agree to ship them to us, fully insured.  We are not responsible for loss of these items in any shipping format be it the United States Postal Service, UPS™, FedEx™ or other shipper.  It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the items arrive to us safely.  We recommend paying the few cents extra to have a signature required and return receipt.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Moon Weaver Creations guarantees our products to be as represented on our web site.  We further guarantee customer satisfaction with our products or we will give a full refund for the purchase price only.  If we are no longer able to get a specific bead, color of metal etc. for a piece shown on the website, we will contact you PRIOR to making your item.  We strive to satisfy all of our customers, therefore we also ask their understanding if one of our suppliers abruptly stops making items we have used before.  When we become aware of an item no longer available, we will change the picture on our site as soon as is reasonably possible as each item will need to be remade.  

Moon Weaver Creations provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our craftsmanship and will replace or repair any piece of wearable or non-wearable art found to be defective in workmanship from our website.  We will not repair or replace any item free of charge if it is determined that the piece was physically abused, neglected or otherwise visibly mistreated or altered.  We will repair these items for a fee agreed upon prior to fixing.  We cannot guarantee the craftsmanship of beads, crystals and other such items added to our creations as they were not made by us.  Also remember that stainless steel, galvanized steel and gold wire darken with age and is not a sign of defective product.  We happen to think that this adds a rather unique and beautiful patina to any piece!

PRIVACY POLICY

Moon Weaver Creations will not sell, lease or otherwise distribute your name, email address, mailing address, shipping address, phone number or any other personal information for any reason.  We feel that the information belongs to you and the only reason we need it is to get the items you've purchased to you or to further communicate directly with you on custom pieces.  We do reserve the right to use photos of our customers modeling their new wearable art, without any further compensation to them, however we will not put their names with their photos unless asked to.  We will NOT put names of children with their pictures, period.

The links, emails and contact information contained in our Favorite Links section are used with the owner's permission and/or they are publicly held companies whose contact information is readily available to the general public.

All jewelry and other wearable and non-wearable art designs contained in this website, including all custom pieces made, are the sole property of Moon Weaver Creations.  You may not copy any of the designs without express written consent of Moon Weaver Creations.  In the case of custom pieces, Moon Weaver Creations does reserve the right to show the designs on this website or as photos at shows and faires to show that MWC can produce "made to match and please pieces" and does not constitute theft as such from the customer who ordered the custom piece.  Custom order pieces will not generally be "mass-produced" however can be re-created for other customers wishing the same design but different materials.  At times a customer may design a piece that they specifically request never be duplicated again.  We will uphold this request but only after the customer communicates with Moon Weaver Creations on the details of this type of request.  We will also ask on custom designed pieces we think will be popular if we can re-create the piece.  In this instance we will either give credit to the person who designed said piece or simply name the piece after them with their permission.

All graphics, web design and artwork are property of Moon Weaver Creations and Marlis Lambson.~ owner and web designer.  You may not "hot link" to any of the graphics or other items on this site.  You may not use any of the graphics in a "free graphics" website or "pay for" graphics website or on your own website.  You agree that by stealing any of the graphics, web design and artwork, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the Laws of the State of Wisconsin and the Federal Laws of The United States of America.

Simply put:  You don't like to have your property stolen.  DON'T TAKE OURS!
